CONFERENCE ONBOARDINGOnboarding Begins: April 21, 2026
*All attendees will participate in a pre-conference onboarding so every attendee has started their experience together before ever walking through the conference door.
This is the only conference where you will get access to pre-conference introductions and discussions to prepare you for the 3-day conference as well as post-conference discussions, briefings and quarterly follow ups over the next year to support what you learned and the strategies you are deploying. The quarterly post-conference access to discussions, follow ups and strategy reporting lasts all year through till GANGOPS 2026. |
ATTENDANCE RULES
The following guidelines make up the GFORCE Meeting and Event Safety Protocols, which represent state and local mandated protocols in place during the event. Any updates will be posted and shared with registered attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, & vendors prior to the event.
- Must agree to and follow the GFORCE Meeting and Event Safety Protocols.
- Full conference registration fee includes access to all general assemblies and training presentations (does not include BT1 Member Only areas).
- The BT1 (Black Team One) member discounted rate must be taken at the time of the initial registration. Refunds cannot be given for incorrect registration submissions.
- All BT1 (Black Team One) memberships are individual and non-transferable for conference registrations member rates.
- Must be an active BT1 member at the time of conference registration to receive BT1 Registration Discount.
REFUND POLICY
- All cancellations must be made in writing and e-mailed to Gang Command: [email protected]
- No telephone cancellations will be accepted.
- A 25% penalty will be assessed on all cancellations dated on or before: February 18, 2026
- A 50% penalty will be assessed on all cancellations dated between: March 01, 2026 and March 30, 2026
- A 75% penalty will be assessed on all cancellations dated between: April 01, 2026 and April 30, 2026
- It will take a minimum of four (4) weeks to receive a refund.
- No refunds will be issued on or after: May 01, 2026
- No refunds will be given for no-shows.
- Registration may be transferred to another person in your organization by written request to Gang Command, prior to: May 01, 2025. After this date, all changes must be made at the conference. Additional charges may apply.
- The Cancellation Policy is subject to change.
