Corrections Gang Enforcement Efforts to the Next Level
Saving Your Agency YEARS of Guess-Work & Costly Mistakes
|
The presence of criminal street gangs, prison gangs, outlaw motorcycle gangs, extremism groups and security threat inmates has made the corrections environment one of the most dangerous in the world to live in for non-affiliated inmates and for those who work in the corrections profession, at every level.
In many cases, this presence is a result of increased gang identification, enforcement and prosecution efforts by law enforcement where by creating a rapidly increasing gang population among some of the even smallest of correctional facilities. This increase in gang membership has a direct impact on inmate-to-inmate altercations, inmate-to-officer assaults, increases in medical costs, maintenance costs, staffing costs, and even staff manipulations not to mention a threat to public safety and quality of life. The inmate population is a direct reflection of the community. 100% of those incarcerated in the corrections community is made up of the 20% of the public community the other 80% are in fear of. This creates a significant opportunity to better protect the public by being an incredible source of intelligence for the entire criminal justice system to better protect both communities. |

What's the difference between enrolling in just the Certification compared to the Experience? The CAGE/S Certification is a 4 week program where you receive access to the week's training modules every Monday morning at 10am eastern and you have 24/7 access to the training and all week long (Saturday at midnight) to complete the training modules and at the end of the 4 weeks you will have a final exam. You are not required to be at a computer at a set time and/or for a set time. You simply have all week to complete the training. The Certification is estimated to take up 2-3 hours per week, depending on the student. The CAGE/S Experience is a 4 week program that includes the above certification training and delivered in the same manner but also includes the below benefits and resources for more of a hands-on real-time live experience with both our CEO (Rusty Keeble) and the other corrections professionals also enrolled in the experience. The weekly intelligence meeting and coaching calls are not mandatory to graduate the Experience so if you are unable to attend one or all of them it will not impact your grade. The access to GANGTEK is a new platform we have rolled out for our Black Team One membership and the Gang Enforcement Network. You will have access to the CAGE/S Experience Group for the 4 weeks you are in the Experience. If you are unfamiliar with it you can click on it below and scroll down to the Sneak Peak portion of the page. The Experience is estimated to take up to 4-6 hours per week, depending on the student and the amount of time spent on the coaching call and intelligence meeting.

while further Establishing Your Leadership and Position as a Corrections Anti-Gang Enforcement Specialist.
Simple Framework. Proven System.
Law enforcement professionals for decades have highlighted the success of gang enforcement initiatives by stating as the final measure of success and completion of an investigation or operation, “we put them away,” “we sent them to prison.”
As you already know and the public has been led to believe; convicted gang members do not disappear into some black hole, or reside in cells with no external stimuli or contact with the outside world.
To the contrary; they have access to a plethora of methods of communication that are provided, by law but altered to suit their criminal intentions. The notion that gang members stop being gang members while being incarcerated is simply inaccurate. In most cases, their level of gang involvement increases.
For correctional agencies; the failure to recognize the threat potential to both the agency and the public by not collecting gang intelligence, implementing strong zero tolerance policies and procedures allowing for aggressive identification, management and monitoring of gang membership and activity can result in increased violence, in-custody crimes, staff assaults, threats to the public and death.

Are You Ready?Every major street gang that is active in the United States receives direction and/or influence from persons incarcerated in our nation’s correctional facilities.
This includes violent street gangs with national affiliations such as the Latin Kings, Black Gangster Disciples, Vice Lords, MS13 and many others. Many of these leaders have been in prison for decades in a segregated status and still able to increase gang membership through inmate recruitment and mastermind gang operations in both our correctional facilities and our community's streets. Today, more than 1.3 million gang members, convicted felons, domestic terrorists and security threat inmates dedicated to an ideology based on hate and/or violence have either gone through or currently call our nation’s correctional facilities – home. If we want to put our finger on the pulse of today’s gang threat, crime and activity, there is no better place to do so than from within the local, state, federal and international correctional facilities and it starts with YOU! |
